But yeah I've compared notes and often enough get a completely different price list especially when dealing with anything related to cars. On the plus side it's one of the reasons I've learned to wrench on my own, so in the long run the inspiration they provided turned out to be a good thing.

And I think it’s almost always better, and cheaper, to do whatever yourself. My son has learned to fix all kinds of things by watching YouTubes. It was while watching a YouTube that I discovered I had been doing a handmade buttonhole stitch wrong. I am 71 years old and have literally been sewing since I was 4!! I was totally gobsmacked and had to immediately tell my sister. I agree, that’s what the internet should be for!!
I had a large collection of rocks that I used to create borders for my perennial gardens. Had to leave them behind when I fled the madness in Michigan three years ago and moved my farm to Tennessee.
The longer I stare at the Tree of Death part of the diagram, the more I remember one of those QM Standard Model charts I had in my university days. Brrr.
How amenable are Hawaii's trees to the Ovate Tree Work? Up here in Canada, once it gets below freezing deciduous trees are fairly unresponsive, at least to me.
